This page explains how haojunsheng.com ("this site") handles your information. This is the personal website of Junsheng Hao, who operates it personally. Last updated: 6 September 2026.
1. Booking details: when you book via Microsoft Bookings, you provide your name, email and chosen time, processed by the Microsoft Bookings service.
2. Pre-session brief and advisory applications: whatever you choose to submit — your name, session time, track, question and context, expectations, reading materials and attachments.
3. Hypnosis intake and session feedback: before a session, the client may submit the central issue, current impact, hoped-for change, prior attempts and boundaries. Afterward, the client and practitioner may submit process feedback, self-reflection and a score from 1 to 10. This may touch on personal experience or embodied state; submit only what you are comfortable sharing. This site does not ask for diagnoses or medical records.
4. Analytics: this site uses Microsoft Clarity and Baidu Analytics for anonymised traffic analysis (page views, device type) to improve the site; these scripts may set cookies and are not used for advertising. The brief, application and all hypnosis-form pages load no analytics scripts.
Conversation forms are used solely to prepare for and conduct one-on-one sessions. Hypnosis intake is used for fit assessment and preparation; hypnosis feedback is used for session reflection, personal learning and the private preparation of CIMA certification materials. Submissions are never used for marketing and never sold; they are transmitted only to the providers necessary to process them (such as Microsoft 365 and Azure). Hypnosis intake, feedback and certification materials being prepared are currently reviewed only by Junsheng Hao, not shared with tutors or certification bodies or published. Any future sharing would require a separate explanation of the recipients, purpose and specific information, followed by the client's explicit consent. Submitting a form does not authorise future external sharing. To guard against spam and abuse, the submission service briefly logs the sender's IP address.
Advisory applications and legacy form submissions are delivered to my Microsoft 365 inbox (me@hotcan.cn), with a summary in my OneDrive. New appointment preparation, feedback and private reflections are submitted after signing in and stored in a private database in Azure Japan East under the DataAigis Azure subscription; Junsheng Hao administers website accounts. This is storage outside mainland China. Answers are encrypted, and notification emails contain a sign-in link rather than answers. Legacy records are never assigned to accounts by name or date alone; contact me to verify ownership and request access. General materials and intake responses are kept for at most 12 months after the session; CIMA certification feedback is kept until 12 months after certification is complete, then deleted. Account details remain while the account exists; contact me to request closure and deletion.
The portal stores your booking email, account identifier, related consultation appointments and voluntarily submitted preparation and feedback. Clients can see only their own email-linked records; Junsheng can manage consultation records, and practitioner reflections are not shared with clients. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are not stored as plain text. Hashed mailbox/source identifiers are retained briefly for abuse prevention, and essential secure session cookies are used. The portal loads no analytics. Cloud providers and authorised infrastructure operators may process data for necessary technical administration; this does not authorise sharing materials with tutors, certification bodies or the public.
