This page explains how haojunsheng.com ("this site") handles your information. This is the personal website of Junsheng Hao, who operates it personally. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Booking details: when you book via Microsoft Bookings, you provide your name, email and chosen time, processed by the Microsoft Bookings service.
2. Pre-session brief and advisory applications: whatever you choose to submit — your name, session time, track, question and context, expectations, reading materials and attachments.
3. Analytics: this site uses Microsoft Clarity and Baidu Analytics for anonymised traffic analysis (page views, device type) to improve the site; these scripts may set cookies and are not used for advertising. The brief and application pages load no analytics scripts.
Form submissions are used solely to prepare for and conduct our one-on-one conversation. They are never used for marketing and never sold; they are transmitted only to the processing providers necessary to deliver the service (such as Microsoft 365 and Azure), and not otherwise shared. To guard against spam and abuse, the service that processes submissions briefly logs the sender's IP address.
Submissions and attachments are delivered to my inbox (me@hotcan.cn, Microsoft 365) with a summary row in my OneDrive — all within Microsoft cloud services. This site itself is static and stores no form data. Materials are kept for at most 12 months after our session, then deleted.
Email me@hotcan.cn at any time to access, correct or delete anything you have submitted; I will respond within 15 working days.
This site relies on: Microsoft Bookings / Teams (scheduling and meetings), Microsoft 365 (email and file storage), Microsoft Clarity and Baidu Analytics (anonymised analytics), and Google Fonts. Their own privacy policies govern the data they process.
