What format do sessions take?
Video call by default (Zoom / Tencent Meeting). Annual advisory can meet in person in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong or Tokyo.
Why must I write my question first?
Two reasons. I prepare for your question, so 60 minutes carries real density. And writing the question clearly is often a third of solving it.
What if it wasn't worth it?
Full refund on your first session, no reason needed.
Can I record?
Yes, for your personal review. My notes usually cover the essentials.
Is the "Life" track therapy?
No. It is not clinical psychotherapy — it's someone who has walked some roads helping you think clearly. If your situation needs professional psychological care, I will say so honestly and encourage you to see a licensed therapist.
