These terms apply to one-on-one sessions and ongoing advisory booked through this site. The service is provided by Junsheng Hao personally. Last updated: July 2026.
Sessions are experience-based sharing and general discussion. They do not constitute legal, tax, medical or investment advice; conversations touching on investing are not a recommendation, evaluation or offer of any security, fund or investment product. For major decisions, consult a licensed professional.
A session lasts 60 minutes, booked at least two weeks ahead within a one-month window. To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or write to me at least 24 hours in advance; sessions not yet held are fully refundable or can be rebooked. If I cancel, you receive a full refund. In addition, if you are not satisfied with your first session, you may request a full refund within 7 days, no reason needed.
The scope of ongoing services is what we confirm by email: monthly means two scheduled 60-minute sessions per month; annual adds priority scheduling and email replies within 24 hours on working days. Neither includes document drafting, due diligence, legal or audit work.
Anything you share is used only for our session and kept confidential; likewise, please do not publish my specific remarks without consent.
