These terms apply to one-on-one sessions, ongoing advisory and hypnosis sessions arranged through this site. The service is provided by Junsheng Hao personally. Last updated: September 2026.
Sessions are experience-based sharing and general discussion. They do not constitute legal, tax, medical or investment advice; conversations touching on investing are not a recommendation, evaluation or offer of any security, fund or investment product. For major decisions, consult a licensed professional.
Hypnosis sessions described on this site are part of CIMA learning and coaching practice. They do not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy or crisis intervention, and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
A decision conversation lasts 60 minutes. Public availability, advance-booking requirements and the booking window are shown on the booking page. If we agree on another time, I can create the appointment outside those public slots. To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or write to me at least 24 hours in advance; sessions not yet held are fully refundable or can be rebooked. If I cancel, you receive a full refund. In addition, if you are not satisfied with your first session, you may request a full refund within 7 days, no reason needed.
Hypnosis sessions are currently free CIMA learning practice, lasting about 60 minutes. No payment is required. To reschedule or cancel, use your confirmation email or contact me. Any future fee will match the single decision-session rate and be disclosed before booking, with no retroactive charges for current free bookings.
The scope of ongoing services is what we confirm by email: monthly means two scheduled 60-minute sessions per month; annual adds priority scheduling and email replies within 24 hours on working days. Neither includes document drafting, due diligence, legal or audit work.
Anything you share is used only for our session and kept confidential; likewise, please do not publish my specific remarks without consent.
