About

Engineer, founder, listed-company executive — now investing and reading philosophy.
I believe in the long game, in compounding,
and in how one honest conversation
can change a person's direction.

Formal portrait of Junsheng Hao

Two ways of working, distinct boundaries

In a decision conversation, I bring experience in technology, founding, management and investing to help examine your options. You know your circumstances best, and the decision remains yours.

I am also undertaking CIMA hypnosis learning practice and currently offer practice sessions free of charge. These sessions make space for present feelings and experience within agreed aims and boundaries, rather than analysing a decision. This learning practice does not represent a medical or psychotherapy licence and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or crisis intervention.

What I Believe

Time is the most honest judge. Every shortcut eventually asks you to walk the road you skipped.
Technology keeps changing; human nature rarely does. Business, in the end, is about understanding people.
Risk is not volatility itself. It is acting beyond the limits of your understanding.
One genuine conversation is often worth more than a hundred pieces of good advice.
